1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing promptoria.com (the “Site”), you (“you,” “your,” or the “User”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the laws of the Republic of Armenia governing online services, advertising, and data protection.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or for individuals aged 13 or older with verifiable parental consent and supervision. The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. By creating an account or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that the age information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

3. User accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be fully responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or other lawful reasons. You may delete your account at any time through the Site or by contacting us; some data may be retained in accordance with law or our Privacy Policy.

4. Privacy and data protection

We process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws in the Republic of Armenia and our Privacy Policy. Among other rights, residents of Armenia may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data; to opt out of “sales,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising; and to limit the use of certain sensitive information. 5. License to use the Site and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All content and software on the Site are owned by domain or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws of the Republic of Armenia and international laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted — all rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not: (i) copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Site content; (ii) remove proprietary notices; or (iii) use the “domain” or “promptoria.com” trademarks without prior written permission.

6. User content and DMCA policy

If you post, upload, or transmit any content to the Site (“User Content”), you retain ownership but grant domain and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content to operate, promote, and improve the Site. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate third-party rights.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to the Copyright Agent listed in the footer. The notice should include: (1) identification of the work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its URL, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement of unauthorized use, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate, and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable material and, in appropriate cases, terminate repeat infringers.

7. Acceptable use

  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful conduct is prohibited.
  • Interference with the Site, servers, or networks is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized scraping, data mining, use of automated bots, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
  • Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code is prohibited.
  • Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights is prohibited.

8. Products, services, payments, and refunds

  • Description. Products or services on the Site are for informational purposes only. All payments are made off-site or on a post-payment basis, as specified in a separate agreement.
  • Delivery. Estimated domestic delivery time: up to 14 business days; international: up to 30 business days. Timeframes are estimates; delays beyond our control may occur.
  • Payments. Payment methods (for example, cash on delivery, bank transfer) will be confirmed individually. You agree to pay all charges on time.
  • Returns and refunds. Return and refund rights are governed by the applicable purchase agreement. Unless otherwise stated, physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition; digital goods and custom goods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Advertising, cookies, and analytics

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Pixel, and other reputable providers — to analyze traffic and serve relevant ads. Third-party providers, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage cookie preferences via our Cookie Policy, your browser settings, industry opt-out pages (for example, aboutads.info), or by enabling GPC signals. We do not knowingly share sensitive personal data with advertising platforms and comply with their policies, including consent requirements.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER DOMAIN NOR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (2) $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless domain and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power outages, network failures, or government actions.

15. Changes to services and terms

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and may be communicated by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Changes do not apply retroactively.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site with or without notice for any violation of these Terms or other lawful reason. Upon termination, the license granted here terminates, and you must stop all use of the Site and delete any materials obtained. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the federal laws of Armenia if applicable. Most issues can be resolved informally — please contact us first. If the matter is not resolved, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the Armenian Arbitration Association, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms. No class or representative actions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

Notice for Armenian consumers

Under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, users may contact the Consumer Protection Committee to resolve complaints or obtain additional information.

18. Changes in business ownership

If domain is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other corporate transaction, your information and these Terms may be transferred to a successor. You will be notified of any change in ownership or control as required by law.
